Efficiënt en schaalbaar: trainingssecretariaat succesvol ingericht

De afgelopen drie jaar heeft SOLA ondersteuning geboden aan Welzijn op Recept bij de inrichting en uitvoering van o.a. het trainingssecretariaat.

We hebben processen opgezet voor inschrijving, deelnemersbeheer, facturatie en certificering – met oog voor gebruiksgemak, betrouwbaarheid en schaalbaarheid. Denk aan het stroomlijnen van communicatie met deelnemers, het opzetten van een overzichtelijke administratie en het waarborgen van kwaliteit in de afhandeling.

Een inhoudelijk uitdagende opdracht, die we met veel plezier hebben uitgevoerd. Inmiddels is het secretariaat klaar om zelfstandig verder te gaan en dragen wij het stokje met vertrouwen over.

Efficient and scalable: The training secretariat successfully set up
Over the past three years, SOLA has supported Welzijn op Recept in setting up and implementing, among other things, the training secretariat.

We have established processes for registration, participant management, invoicing, and certification, with an emphasis on acceptance, reliability, and scalability. Think of streamlining communication with participants, setting up a clear administrative system, and achieving quality in handling.

A challenging assignment in terms of content, which we have carried out with great pleasure. The secretariat is now ready to continue independently, and we are handing over the baton with confidence.
